  • Jodie and Replenish Yoga have changed my life! Having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia three years ago, I had learnt to live with constant pain and the belief that I would need to be medicated for the rest of my life. I have tried yoga many times in my life but never found one that resonated with my beliefs and that I have truly enjoyed. That all changed when friends introduced me to Jodie's classes last year. Jodie's yoga is like nothing I've ever experienced before. The environment is magical and each class is a totally different experience with little repetition from class to class. The most amazing and unexpected thing has been that since starting yoga with Jodie I have been able to come off all my medication and have discovered that with regular practice I am pain free. Replenish Yoga came into my life at one of the hardest times—both physically and mentally. It has been transformational! My only hope now is that I can keep up with the practise as I now know how vital it is for my health, overall.
