With a profound understanding of the challenges posed by autoimmune conditions, I embarked on my own personal journey to seek relief from HLA B27 Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2016. My motivation was not to become a teacher, but rather to find a holistic way to help with my condition. I walked out of a specialist appointment one day on another dose of steroids to ‘heal’ yet another flare up, after that, I decided then that I needed another way to fight the inflammation in my body and yoga was going to be it.

My unwavering dedication to my own healing led me to immerse myself in a comprehensive yoga training program. Through my training, I discovered the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. I realised that by nurturing the mind-body connection, I could unlock the body's innate capacity to heal. I am proud to say that it has been two years since I have had any flare ups with my auto immune disease.

My classes are a blend of what I was seeking to help myself heal. I welcome anyone and everyone as we all come to yoga for many different reasons. By joining one of my yoga sessions, you become part of a warm and inclusive community. You will connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and support as you navigate your journey together.
